Sve za sport is a registered travel agency based in Zagreb. Since 2014 we have organised sports camps and trips for children aged 4 to 13 - summer camps on the coast and sports programmes in Zagreb. The agency operates with the insolvency guarantee and liability insurance required by Croatian law.
We operate under the Croatian Act on the Provision of Tourism Services, which requires two policies - one protects your money, the other protects you against damage. The policy numbers are below and you can verify them directly with the insurer.
Insurance covering the insolvency or bankruptcy of the tour organiser. If the trip does not go ahead for that reason, the policy covers a refund of the amount paid and the cost of returning travellers to their point of departure. In that case the traveller contacts the insurer directly, by the fastest available means.
Covers damage caused to a traveller by non-performance, partial performance or improper performance of our obligations under the package arrangement.

Croatian tourism law requires these details to be published in Croatian and permanently accessible. That is why they are here, and not only in the contract.
Travel agencies in Croatia are supervised by the Ministry of Tourism and Sport of the Republic of Croatia - Tourism Inspectorate.
You can submit a written complaint at our office at Horvaćanska cesta 21, 10000 Zagreb, by post to the same address, or by email to info@svezasport.hr. We reply to every written complaint in writing within 15 days of receipt at the latest. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can refer the complaint to the Tourism Inspectorate of the Ministry of Tourism and Sport.

We operate under the Croatian Act on the Provision of Tourism Services and are supervised by the Tourism Inspectorate of the Ministry of Tourism and Sport. We hold an insolvency guarantee (policy 45 - 7002562185) and liability insurance (policy 11 - 7002561910) with UNIQA osiguranje d.d.
You register online. After registration we send the bank transfer details - IBAN, amount, payment reference and a HUB-3 barcode you can scan in your banking app. Your place at the camp is held only once we receive the deposit, or the full amount if the programme has no deposit. The balance is due by the date stated in the confirmation. Exactly what is included - accommodation, meals, transport, equipment and instruction - is listed on each camp's page, because it differs from programme to programme.
We have worked with children since 2014 and we are used to detailed questions from parents. We answer every one of them before you pay anything.
