Select a trip, click "Register Now", and complete the registration form. A user account is required — you can create one for free. We confirm your registration by email within one business day.
Payment is made by bank transfer to the details provided in the confirmation email. Full payment is required within 7 days of registration. Your registration is confirmed once we receive your payment.
Yes! A family discount applies on certain trips when registering multiple children from the same family. Discount details are shown on each trip page.
When a trip is full, you can join the waitlist. If a spot opens up, you will be notified by email. The agency owner has full discretion over who receives the available spot.
Cancellation is possible through your user account. For a refund of your payment, please contact us directly — refund conditions depend on the date of cancellation and how many days remain until the trip.
